Shipping, Returns, Minimum Order, Privacy and Other Policies Shipping Policies - Online Orders Online orders shipped by ground service ("Shipping Saver") average 3-6 business days after date of order to reach its destination. Online orders shipped by priority service ("Priority Shipping") average 2-3 business days after date of order to reach its destination. Orders sent to destinations outside the continental United States may take additional time to reach its destination. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express or comparable carrier. For all orders, there is a flat shipping charge of $3.95 ("Shipping Saver") -- "Priority Shipping" is available for an additional charge. Other additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. Currently we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Canada. Orders destined for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Canada may be subject to additional shipping charges. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping. Please contact us if you are interested in ordering from outside of the destinations listed above. UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders. For everyone's protection, we only ship to the "Billing Address" on file with your credit card company. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online orders. Check and money orders are also accepted for catalog orders. All online orders are processed through 128 bit SSL encryption to protect your credit card information during your online transaction. Orders sent to destinations within Florida are charged 6% state sales tax.

If within seven days after receipt of your merchandise, you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return the merchandise for a full refund or exchange (see instructions below). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If merchandise is delivered with damages or defects, original shipping and handling will be refunded. We make every effort to ensure all orders are accurate. If you have any questions about guarantees, please contact us. We will be happy to answer them for you. Advance authorization must be obtained to return merchandise. In requesting return authorization please use our contact form and provide the your name, username, invoice number, product name to return and date of invoice to insure proper handling. All returned merchandise must be in original factory cartons, free of all marking. We assume no obligation to accept merchandise after 15 days from date of invoice.
Due to our discount pricing structure there is a small minimum order requirement of $30.00 excluding shipping for all products.
